Terms and Conditions for Donations
Non-Refundable Donations: All donations made to Mata Gujri Ji Birdh Ashram Society are non-refundable. By proceeding with the donation, the donor acknowledges and agrees that the contributions cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Purpose of Donations: Donations are utilized to support the charitable activities, programs, and operational expenses of the organization. The donor confirms that they are making the donation voluntarily without any expectation of repayment, return, or exchange of goods or services.
Tax Benefits: Donors are encouraged to consult with their tax advisors regarding potential tax benefits, as applicable, for their contribution. However, the organization does not guarantee any tax benefits for donations.
Dispute Resolution: In case of any disputes or queries related to donations, donors may contact the organization for clarification. However, this does not imply any obligation to refund the donation.
Acceptance of Terms: By making a donation, the donor signifies their acceptance of these terms and conditions and acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to them.
